I got my report back in about 2 weeks, maybe a little less, and it was easy to follow. What I liked was that it wasn’t just a bunch of random gene names. It actually pointed out things I could look into, like certain vitamin levels to check and a few food habits that might be worth paying attention to.
Some of it was stuff I kind of already knew, but a good chunk gave me better questions to bring up with my doctor. For me, it felt worth it overall, especially since it gave me a more practical starting point instead of just vague health info...

So far, I actually appreciate that the privacy info is laid out clearly and the security steps don’t feel like a puzzle designed by a bored lawyer. I felt safe sharing my data, which is always a fun little modern-life gamble. Posting this for now, but obviously only take it seriously if it lines up with your own experience

The kit showed up fine and at first I was like, okay, this should be simple enough. But once I actually started doing the sample, I got weirdly stressed. The instructions weren’t super clear to me, and I kept second-guessing whether I had enough in the tube.
I thought I was done, then realized I probably needed to redo it, which was annoying and a bit messy. I was irritated in the moment, then kind of laughed it off after, but still, it wasn’t the smooth experience I was expecting. Not terrible, just frustrating.

So... I was able to get it canceled without too much hassle. The refund took a little longer than I expected, but support did get back to me and helped clear things up

I reached out to support and they got back to me so quickly it was kind of ridiculous. Really appreciated how fast they responded.

i mean, for what I paid, it’s definitely worth the money. Nothing fancy, but it does the job and I’m happy with it.

I’m still waiting on my order, and the shipping has taken way longer than I’m used to with other places. The tracking hasn’t updated at all either, which makes it even more frustrating because I have no idea where the package is or when it’s actually coming
